Description:

It consists of 2 sections. The raw material is cut by the high-speed cutters in the cutting section, then goes into a screw shaft juicing section.

The main component of the juicing system is the conveyor screw. As it starts to spiral, the shaft rod diameter grows bigger along the trough to the feed outlet while the screw pitch minimizes.

With that, the juicing system becomes a helical structure that will gradually compress its volume as it pushes fruits forward. That is how it squeezes fruits to extract juice. The juice will flow down through a mesh filter and be collected in a container.

The end of shaft is connected with a round-shaped valve, leaving a gap as the outlet discharge for fruit residue. The valve can be turned back and forth to adjust the gap size for different juice yield.
