Description:
Comparing to other Industrial Juicer, it is equipped with a set of spiral crushing blades on top, so as to cut fruits into pieces before juicing. There are 2 motors to separately control the cutting section and the juicing section.

The juicing system features the spiral screw shaft. The whole juicing system can be regarded as a helical structure. The space area inside will gradually narrow down to the minimum limit, as the fruits is pushed forward by the screw shaft. This is how the Screw Type Juice Extractor squeezes the juice. And the waste will drop out from the end of the shaft.

There is a valve connected to the end of shaft. We can turn the valve clockwise to change the juice yield. With a Fruit Washer Machine, we can have a simple production line for juicing.
