This giant Veg Cutter Machine is to slice and shred various rhizome or root vegetables, such as potato, lettuce, radish, mustard, burdock and so on. It can also cut dry hard cheese!

The PLC system and cutting system are completely separated to avoid accidents. The cutting blades is controlled by a frequency converter.
