Not long ago, one of our buyers turned to us for a machine that can cut parsley, cabbage, carrots, and potatoes at the same time in his restaurant. In a split second, this
Veg Cutter Machine, an all-mighty helping hand so to speak, topped the list. We started to discuss and confirm on details.
The imported blades guarantee a perfect cutting, and the copper motors a stable operation. When it comes to leafy veg such as celery and spinach and cabbage, it can chop to the sizes from 1 mm to 60 mm (equivalent: from 0.04 inch to 2.36 inches). Needless to say chopping green onion to a very fine texture for noodle dishes.
But that was not enough.
As a veggie restaurant, it would deal with carrots, potatoes, taro, cucumbers and other root vegetables as diners' options. We went deeper to the cutting shapes and sizes of different materials, and found out that his regular cutting results would be like 4 mm french fries (0.16 inch), 8 mm potato dices (0.32 inch), and 2 mm taro slices (0.078 inch) and so on. Surprisingly, we found this machine cover all his requirements.
(Standard cutting shapes and sizes would be:
Slices/Shreds: 2-10 mm (0.078-0.39 inch)
Dices/Cubes:8/10/12/15/20 mm (0.32/0.39/0.47/0.59/0.79 inch))
We confirmed on the size and the voltage, and made the order as soon as possible, coz he was in urgent need of this machine to help with his kitchen. We made it arrived at his door after 50 days of sea shipping and local truck delivery in USA. Just can't describe how exciting he was when he got it and opened it in front of his restaurant. It proved that it worked, just the way we had expected.
Later he introduced me to one of his fellows who were in need of a Fruit Peeling Machine and an Industrial Juicer: solutions for Fruit Processing.
